To do so: Prime the surface with linseed oil paint Golden Yellow one layer. Let dry for at least three days.
Mix the pigment with Ottosson Linseed oil Varnish in a metal or glass jar so that consistency is thin . Please use an old paintbrush.
Test the paint. It should feel easy to apply and cover in two coats. If there is too much pigment feels the paint dry and grainy.
The pigment also work well outdoors and gets not covered with verdigris patina.
